Job Description

To assist the purchase manager in day to day purchase activities.

To prepare purchase orders.

To take quotation of various purchase items.

Analyze price proposals and other information to determine reasonable prices

Negotiate contracts  and prices on behalf of the organization

Maintain supplier list

Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories

Work out agreements with suppliers, such as when products will be delivered

Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed


Good communication Skill, negotiation skills, Computer Skills (MS Office
